WELCOME  “Yellow Jackets” to our website for the class of 1967 of Booker T. Washington High School, Montgomery, Alabama. 

Our website is designed to keep you posted on upcoming class events.  Our newsletters will continue to be mailed to keep classmates posted and inform you of the reunion committee meetings.  Be advised that we will only mail two (2) newsletters for the 2012 year. 

Speaking of newsletters, our February 2009 newsletter that was mailed to you asked that each classmate pay yearly dues of $24 which is ONLY $2.00 a month to cover the operating cost of our functions, such as, newsletters, printing, mailing, webpage, hospitality hours, decorations, room rent, flowers to our deceased classmates, etc.  Please be reminded that we have lost 14 classmates since 2007.  Our reunion committee was established in 1975.  Since that time, we have not failed to send a flower to a deceased 1967 classmate, if we KNEW about it.  As of today, we have lost 50 classmates. Therefore, we are asking for your dues or donations to help the reunion committee continue to enlighten you on the various functions and activities in the future. 

Dues are yearly…..Reunion Fees are every 5 years.

“How time slips away?” We are in the process of making plans for our 45th class reunion to be held during the Thanksgiving holidays of 2012.  We surely hope you will make all efforts to attend this reunion.  As you brows through the above tabs on the site, there will be information to keep you updated of the class functions and entertain you with fun pictures and a video of the fun time we had during our 40th class reunion.  You think the 40th reunion was a BLAST, just come and check out the 2012.  You will not want to miss another one.
